Pasco Horsemen's Association (PHA)

PHA is a family-friendly, non-profit organization that hosts a variety of horse events for the local community, including speed events (like barrel racing), Western, and English classes. They own a facility with two lighted arenas, a round pen, and a trail obstacle course, actively promoting horsemanship and good sportsmanship for all ages and skill levels.
